Аналог NoScript для Google Chrome — NotScripts
Многим кто перебрался с Firefox на Chrome для полного счастья не хватало популярного дополнения NoScript которым многие привыкли пользоваться. И вот наконец то в каталоге расширений появился достойный аналог этому дополнению под названием
. Выполняет оно практически те же функции: блокирует скрипты, java, flash и прочие потенциально опасные элементы веб-страниц, защищает от XSS-атак, ускоряет работу браузера.
У расширения есть ряд плюсов. Ведь служит как дополнительная защита вашему компьютеру и оградит вас от опасных элементов, которые могут внедрить вам какую нибудь гадость или просто своровать личные данные.
Это расширение расширение использует последние изменения в API и не закачивает блокируемые элементы, тем самым сэкономит трафик. Используя расширение NotScripts должна снизится нагрузка на компьютер т.к. меньшее количество скриптов проходит обработку процессором.
Рекомендуется использовать NotScripts на новых не знакомых сайтах и подозрительных сайтах. А при посещение доверенных ресурсов стремитесь добавлять в «белые листы» все необходимые элементы (это можно легко сделать нажав кнопку «Allow all Shown«).
Важно!
Для работы расширения требуется вручную прописать придуманный Вами ключ для шифрования настроек. Как это сделать очень детально описано в настройках самого расширения на английском языке.
1. Находим папку установленного расширения.
Папка расширения называется odjhifogjcknibkahlpidmdajjpkkcfn – ищем через поиск если не знаем где находится профиль Хрома.
2. В этой папке открываем файл CHANGE__PASSWORD__HERE.js
3. В строке const ENCRYPTION_PASSWORD = «»; прописываем произвольный код между кавычек (англ буквы + цифры, минимум 20 символов). Запоминать не нужно!
4. Перезапускаем Хром.

Instructions to Set Password
Setting your NotScripts password is simple once you've done it for the first time. Simply follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the NotScripts Folder
Open the NotScripts Google Chrome extension folder. The location of this folder is shown below:
Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_USER_NAME\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions\odjhifogjcknibkahlpidmdajjpkkcfn
Windows Vista or 7: C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions\odjhifogjcknibkahlpidmdajjpkkcfn
Mac OS X: ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Default/Extensions/odjhifogjcknibkahlpidmdajjpkkcfn
Linux: ~/.config/google-chrome/Default/Extensions/odjhifogjcknibkahlpidmdajjpkkcfn
Note: For Windows users, change YOUR_USER_NAME to the user name to you are logged onto under Windows. If you're using Windows Explorer to navigate to the folder, you might need to set Show hidden files and folders in Tools > Folder Options... > View.
For convenience, it is recommended that you make a shortcut to this folder on your desktop or somewhere handy so that you can quickly reset the NotScripts password after an update.
Step 2: Open the NotScripts Password File
Open the file CHANGE__PASSWORD__HERE.js for editing. For Windows users, do this by right-clicking on the file and selecting Edit from the right-click menu. This will open up the file in NotePad for you to enter your NotScripts password.
Step 3: Set the NotScripts Password
Choose a password for NotScripts with the following restrictions:
Length: 20 minimum, 100 maximum
Allowed Characters: abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyzABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ_1234567890
Spaces: Allowed
Put the password in between the quotes of the line that reads:
const ENCRYPTION_PASSWORD = "";
Example: FNqzJmJBA1GQFhuXBmEq20MqEqbn55w3MtT
It should look like this after (except with your own password):
const ENCRYPTION_PASSWORD = "FNqzJmJBA1GQFhuXBmEq20MqEqbn55w3MtT";
Save the file and close it when finished.
Step 4: Restart Google Chrome
Close and restart Google Chrome for the new password to take effect in NotScripts. You are done!
